With twenty-five years' experience working in the disability sector, Bridge The Gap Training and Assessment are your specialists in Occupational Health and Safety training and consultancy with a focus on the human services. Robert Watson holds a Diploma in Social Welfare and has undertaken numerous managerial positions and developed extensive risk management skills over twenty-five years working in the human services industry.

Robert is a NSW WorkCover Accredited Return-To-Work Coordinator and OHS Consultation Representative. His qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management), Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Level 1 Fire Safety Officer training certificate.

In 2007, Robert used his skills and expertise to help the relief effort in the wake of a NSW state-declared disaster, and was later awarded a NSW State Medal in official recognition of the excellent service and support he provided.

Deborah Wood holds WorkCover accreditations in Return-To-Work Coordination and a postgraduate degree in Risk Management, and is a qualified auditor in Safety Management Systems. She has worked in the field of Occupational Health and Safety for the past eleven years, and her qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104).

In 2007, Deborah and her colleagues at a large government agency received a Treasury Management Fund Award for Injury Management; and in 1998, whilst working for another agency, Deborah herself received a NSW Premier's Award for Improvement to Corporate Services Efficiency.
