Consultancy in Return-To-Work Coordination

We can help you to provide effective injury management services that will allow your injured employees to return to their pre-injury duties as soon as possible—and that will allow you to meet your obligations as an employer under current workers compensation legislation in NSW.
- Step 1
We will meet with your injured employee to establish a professional relationship in order to promote their recovery and their return to work. We will review the injured employee's workplace duties and rehabilitation reports, then we will liase with their Nominated Treating Doctor (NTD) to discuss the progress of their recovery and tailor their return-to-work plan accordingly. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your staff and clients in accordance with the Workers Compensation Act of 1987 and the NSW Privacy Act.
- Step 2
We will visit your workplace to conduct a workplace risk assessment and to discuss the duties of the injured employee with their supervisor or manager. We will also talk to other health professionals and your insurer to be certain that all your staff have access to quality medical treatment in the event of any further incidents.
- Step 3
Working in cooperation with the injured employee, their supervisor, their NTD, and your insurer, we will reach an agreement on the employee's return-to-work plan. We will ensure that the duties outlined in the return-to-work plan are consisted with the employee's ability and fitness for work, and we will prepare a rehabilitation report that specifies the employee's medical restrictions, suitable duties, treatment plan, recovery timeframe, return-to-work goals, and obstacles that might affect the success of any of the above.
We will compile a comprehensive injury management file that will help you to actively support your injured employee and to meet your obligations as an employer, and we will also provide training to your staff in order to ensure that they respond appropriately to an injury or illness in the workplace.
