• Early Intervention
  Early intervention involves proactively managing all identified risks in the workplace. We will apply "early intervention" practices to your workplace in order to promote a culture of safety in your organisation; this will minimise injuries to staff and visitors in the workplace and ensure that you meet your obligations as an employer under current OHS legislation. We will also provide you with a documented risk assessment report and a risk management action plan.

• Response to Critical Incidents
  In the event of a critical incident, we can conduct a risk assessment of your workplace and help you to implement control measures that will manage the identified risk and reduce the likelihood of future incidents. Again, our "early intervention" practices will ensure that you meet your obligations as an employer under current OHS legislation as we investigate and control the causes of critical incidents. We will also provide you with a documented risk assessment report and a risk management action plan.

• WorkCover Compliance
  WorkCover Inspectors can visit your workplace unannounced and at random, or as part of a targeted intervention program. They may arrive to assess your compliance with current OHS legislation or to investigate incidents that have resulted in workplace accidents or deaths. Again, our "early intervention" practices will ensure that you meet your obligations as an employer under current OHS legislation as we investigate and control the causes of critical incidents. We will also provide you with a documented risk assessment report and a risk management action plan.
